How HTK Works

  • Complimentary. A focused 15-minute conversation to determine if we're the right fit. We assess your goals, history, and readiness before anything else. If we're aligned, the next step is the Alignment Call.

  • $75 · 30 minutes. The paid intake call where we go deeper than fit — we identify what you actually need. You'll walk away with one of three things: a written plan with priorities and recommended next steps, a referral to the right specialist, or a clear "this isn't a fit and here's where you should go instead." If the call doesn't deliver one of those, your $75 is refunded. If you book a program, package, or membership within 5–7 business days, the $75 is credited 100% toward your purchase.

  • Three program lengths, all fully individualized — built from your training history, movement screening, biomarkers, and performance goals. Delivered digitally with detailed weekly programming.

    — 12 Weeks · $485

    — Short-cycle prep for a single event or focused training block

    — 16 Weeks · $625

    — Standard competition prep with full peaking phase

    — 20 Weeks · $795

    — Full peaking cycle for major competition or season.

    Returning clients receive 30% off program updates and new cycles.

  • $225 per 50-minute session. Hands-on coaching in a private facility in Jersey City. Studio reservation built in. Every session is programmed, tracked, and adapted in real time. Used for assessments, technique work, and recalibration. Available by invitation only — typically reserved for current Concierge clients or local clients with established programming.

  • The full integration. Weekly programming, biomarker-informed nutrition, three structured check-ins per week, unlimited video review, in-person sessions, and direct access — no 48-hour response windows.

    This is not a subscription. It's a coaching relationship.

    Three tiers, by application:

    — Full Concierge · $755/month — Standard rate. Open enrollment.

    — Founding Member · $555/month — Locked rate for the first 10 clients. 12-month minimum. After founding cohort fills or PhD completes (whichever comes first), this rate is gone.

    — Data-Supported Concierge · $355/month — For clients who already have recent data from a qualified provider (Eternal Health, Function Health, Attia-style programs). Verification required.

    All Concierge tiers are application-only. Path in is via the Alignment Call.
