I'm AJ — a human performance scientist and movement specialist, currently completing my PhD in Mind-Body Medicine.

I've spent 20+ years in movement, beginning as a dance educator in 2004 and evolved into coaching athletes, executives, and military performance operators who can't afford to break down.

My doctoral work in Mind-Body Medicine sits at the intersection of physiology, psychology, and performance — because sustainable strength isn't built in the gym alone. It's built in how you train, recover, think, and execute.
