We cover where you are now — training history, current data, what's working and what isn't. We identify what you actually need, not what someone else sold you. And we determine whether HTK Method is the right fit for the work ahead.

You'll walk away with one of three things: a written plan with priorities and recommended next steps, a referral to the right specialist, or a clear "this isn't a fit and here's where you should go instead."

If the call doesn't deliver one of those, your $75 is refunded.

Every working relationship begins with a Discovery Call or an Alignment Call. From there, we identify what fits your goals and timeline.

Concierge is the deepest tier of work — weekly programming, biomarker integration, in-person sessions, direct access. That depth requires data and fit.

Application protects both of us: I only take on clients I can genuinely move forward, and you only commit if the relationship is going to deliver. Every Concierge engagement starts with the Alignment Call.

No. HTK Method serves elite and competitive athletes, but the work isn't limited to them.

Most clients fall into one of three categories: post-injury athletes returning to performance, busy executives who treat their body like an investment, or serious recreational athletes who bring data and want the truth about it.

What matters more than your sport is your willingness to engage with your own data and follow through.

Alignment Call ($75): Refunded if the call doesn't deliver one of three outcomes — a written plan, a referral, or a clear "not a fit." Credited 100% toward any package booked within 5–7 business days.

Programs and Consults: Non-refundable once delivered. Programs include revision rounds; consults include follow-up email clarification within 7 days.

Concierge: Month-to-month after the initial commitment period. 30-day notice for cancellation. No refunds for partial months.

Founding Member rates are locked for 12 months minimum. Early cancellation forfeits the founding rate on any future re-engagement.

Insurance: HTK Method does not accept insurance.

A General Consult ($225, 55 minutes) is a one-off directional conversation. You leave with verbal guidance, recommendations, and a clear path forward — but no written deliverable.

A Custom Program ($485–$795 depending on length) is a fully individualized training program built from your data and goals. Written, structured, delivered digitally with detailed weekly programming.
