Weekly programming delivered every Monday by 12pm EST. Three check-ins per week. Unlimited video review. In-person sessions built into your commitment. You train. I adjust. We refine.

  • Most online coaching is a template with a logo on it. HTK Method is built around your biomarkers, your movement, and your life. Every program is written from scratch. Every adjustment is informed by data. You're not buying a product — you're entering a coaching relationship.

  • Yes, but not mandatory to start with HTK Method. Biomarkers inform nutrition, recovery protocols, and training load. If you don't have recent bloodwork, I'll guide you through what to request and where to get it. The upfront investment pays off in precision.

  • Semi-annual and annual commitments only. Pricing is discussed during your Alignment Interview so we can match the structure to your goals. If you're comparing this to a $20/month app, we're not the same thing.

  • Yes. The majority of the work is remote — programming, check-ins, video review, nutrition. In-person sessions are a bonus for local clients, but the method works fully remote.

  • Life happens. Programming adapts. Travel, injury, career shifts, new goals — we adjust in real time. The commitment is to the process, not to a rigid plan.

  • Most clients continue on a maintenance structure — less frequent check-ins, continued programming, ongoing support. Some graduate fully. Either way, the goal is to build you into someone who understands their own body, not someone dependent on a coach forever.
